Ok this is not really 7 minutes of happiness, but i recently watched the documentary Man On Wire about the tightrope artist who crossed the WTC twin towers (of course before it was crashed by planes) on a tightrope.

You guys have to watch it. It's the singlemost exhilarating and moving film i've watched in a long long time.
